Ultech Power Limited is a fast-growing company engaged in the manufacturing, supply, and distribution of high-quality electrical, power electronics, and solar products. We actively participate in government and agricultural solar projects, including PM Kusum, Magel Tyala Solar Pump Yojana, MEDA, HAREDA, and the newly initiated I-SMART project. Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the company's overall operational functions. The COO will work closely with the Director and senior management to drive operational efficiency, manufacturing excellence, cost optimization, cross-functional coordination, business growth, and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Solar, Renewable Energy, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company’s overall business and day-to-day operations in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, and performance management systems.
• Oversee manufacturing, production planning, quality, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Improve productivity, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor projects, production schedules, customer deliveries, and critical operational issues to ensure timely execution.
• Lead and develop department heads and functional teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Support business expansion, capacity planning, infrastructure development, and new business opportunities.
• Establish and review MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance reports with senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and company requirements.
• Work closely with the Director and senior management on strategic planning, business growth, and profitability.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 10–15 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Head, Plant Head, Business Head, or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing operations and Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Solar, Renewable Energy, or related industries will be preferred.

Competitive CTC will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, current CTC, and suitability for the role.
