We are looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our plastic film manufacturing operations. The CEO will hold ultimate responsibility for setting company strategy, driving top‑line growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of polymer extrusion, specialty film markets, and the transition toward a circular economy.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute high‑quality business strategies to ensure long‑term growth and market leadership in the specialty film sector. Drive innovation in product development, focusing on sustainable packaging solutions, PCR (Post‑Consumer Recycled) content, and biodegradable films. Identify opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to expand market share.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee all manufacturing operations, including blown film extrusion, cast film production, and coating machinery, to ensure maximum output and efficiency. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma frameworks to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization. Maintain strict quality control standards to meet food‑grade or industrial‑grade specifications.
3. Financial Performance: Manage P&L (Profit & Loss), budgets, and financial forecasting to maximize shareholder value. Make high‑level decisions on capital investments, including the acquisition of new machinery and technology upgrades.
4. Market Expansion & Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company as the primary spokesperson to stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies. Strengthen relationships with key clients and expand the customer base in flexible packaging, automotive, or industrial markets.
5. Team Leadership & Culture: Build a high‑performing executive management team and foster a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
