Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple clients, teams, and hiring pipelines.
• Drive daily execution on sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and closures.
• Monitor and resolve hiring bottlenecks, delayed interviews, offer drop-offs, and pipeline leakages.
• Work closely with sales/business teams on client calls, requirement understanding, account expansion, and hiring strategy alignment.
• Support new business acquisition by participating in sales discussions, capability presentations, and solutioning conversations.
• Oversee client engagement, stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and delivery governance.
• Identify new hiring initiatives, market opportunities, talent trends, and operational improvements to increase revenue and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure alignment between recruitment operations, client expectations, revenue goals, and business growth targets.
• Participate in client discussions, sales calls, requirement gathering, and account management activities.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new hiring opportunities, expansion areas, and client needs.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Head of IT Staffing with deep expertise in workforce strategy, delivery operations, and HR program execution within IT consulting/staffing environment(s). This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed and lead end-to-end operations in and IT consulting/staffing environment.

The individual will play a pivotal role in aligning internal operational capabilities with external client demands, ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant talent deployment for long-term success.

Pay range and compensation package

8 – 12LPA
