Job summary

Xoxoday in Bengaluru is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Founder’s Office to act as a strategic extension of the Founder. This leadership track role works across growth, marketing, product, and cross-functional initiatives to drive impact at scale.

You will partner with the Founder on priorities, drive initiatives end-to-end, and track KPIs while supporting investor and board communications. This position offers high ownership and rapid development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, SaaS, fintech, or Founder’s Office roles.
• Proven ability to work directly with founders or CXOs.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a high-ownership mindset.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence without authority.
• Data-driven thinker who can balance speed with structure.

Responsibilities
