Job description

We are looking to hire a Chief of Staff to the CTO to work closely with senior technology leadership and drive high-impact strategic and execution-focused initiatives across the organization.

Experience : 8-11 Years

Location : Gurgaon

This role is ideal for candidates from top-tier engineering and/or MBA institutions who bring a strong blend of technology understanding, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CTO on priority initiatives and long-term planning

• Support execution of technology roadmaps, reviews, and leadership communications
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights for leadership
