Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy & Growth Lead – Technology Consulting in Gurgaon to shape and drive growth for the Consulting business. The role blends strategic thinking with technology insights and requires hands-on execution to turn plans into measurable outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders, identify opportunities, and help craft client propositions while staying ahead of evolving tech trends like AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. A strong ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA from a leading B-school, preferably with an engineering or technology background.
• 4–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, or strategy and growth roles in a technology business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial acumen and an understanding of emerging technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity and the confidence to work with and influence senior leaders.
• Above all, a strong sense of ownership - “you don’t just develop ideas; you make them happen”.
• Experience of working closely with CXOs in similar role shall be a plus

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious and technology-oriented young mind to work closely with a senior leader in shaping and driving the growth strategy for Consulting business.

What will you do?

• Shape strategy: work with partners to Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, new offerings and strategic bets that can accelerate business growth.
• Stay ahead of technology: can develop a strong perspective on latest technologies such as AI, GenAI, cloud, data, cybersecurity and other emerging technologies and translate business ideas from these.
• Drive execution: Convert strategic priorities into clear action plans, Bring fresh perspectives, work with leaders to track outcomes and help drive important leadership decisions.
• Support business growth: Support leaders frame account strategies, strategic pursuits, client propositions and commercial orientations.
• Make things happen: Stay on top of critical priorities, anticipate roadblocks and relentlessly drive actions to closure.
