Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants LLP in India seeks a Chief of Operations to lead end-to-end operations across a multi-location centre network and drive revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

You will manage Centre Heads and regional teams, standardize SOPs, oversee safety and compliance, and partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology to fuel expansion.

Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director

We are looking for a Chief of Operations to lead end-to-end operations across a multi-location centre network and drive **revenue, profitability, customer experience, people, safety and operational excellence. A seasoned business leader with strong experience in **multi-unit, geographically dispersed consumer-facing operations**.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead operations across multiple centres and drive centre-wise revenue, profitability and EBITDA.


• Own operational KPIs including footfall, conversion, revenue per centre, repeat visits and customer experience.


• Lead Centre Heads, Cluster Heads and regional operations teams.


• Standardise SOPs, processes, MIS and operational excellence practices.


• Drive customer satisfaction, NPS, reviews and repeat business.


• Ensure strong safety, compliance and risk management across centres.


• Partner with leadership on **new centre launches and expansion**.


• Build high-performing teams and strengthen the operational leadership pipeline.


• Work closely with Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, Procurement and Projects teams.

Ideal Profile:-

• 15+ years of experience in **Retail, QSR, F&B, Hospitality, Entertainment, Leisure or other multi-unit consumer businesses**.


• Proven experience managing geographically dispersed operations and large frontline teams.


• Strong **P&L / EBITDA, revenue and profitability ownership**.


• Experience in multi-location operations, customer experience and new centre/store launches.


• Strong leadership, business acumen and execution orientation.


• Experience reporting to a **CEO / MD / Business Head** will be preferred.
