Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, such as Director of Nursing or Associate CNO.
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and operational leadership.
• Strong change management, financial planning, and interdisciplinary communication skill.
