What does the job entail?

• Architecture & Design: Define and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performance application architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks. Design microservices‑based solutions with strong focus on modularity, maintainability, and resilience. Establish best practices for API design, integration, and deployment.
• Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance to development teams across multiple projects. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to architectural principles. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Innovation & Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance system capabilities. Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Champion cloud‑native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability and reliability.
