Job summary

Arvind Limited — Amazon Textiles, Processing is seeking a Chief Manager- Dyeing based in Ahmedabad to take ownership of dyeing operations within the processing function. You will drive day-to-day production execution, ensure quality consistency, and coordinate across linked processing activities to support on-time delivery and business targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong expertise in process control and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Own dyeing operations within the processing department and ensure alignment with production plans and quality requirements.
• Monitor dyeing parameters, process controls, and batch performance to maintain shade consistency and reduce rework.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely issue resolution.
• Review deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve yield and stability.
• Track daily production performance, highlight risks, and support actions to meet delivery, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, safety practices, and compliance in the dyeing area.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce process variation and strengthen execution discipline.
• Support on-floor coordination and capability building to sustain reliable dyeing operations.

Role Summary
