Arvind Limited is seeking a Chief Manager- Dyeing to lead dyeing operations within the Processing department in Ahmedabad. The role requires ownership of day-to-day dyeing execution, ensuring quality, process control, and on-time delivery while coordinating with related teams.

• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth material flow and timely issue resolution.
• Review process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for yield and stability.
• Track daily production performance, flag risks, and support actions to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, safety, and compliance in the dyeing area.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce process variation and optimize resource use.
• Support on-floor guidance and capability building to sustain reliable dyeing operations.

Role Summary

You will join Arvind Limited Amazon Textiles, Processing as Chief Manager- Dyeing, based in Ahmedabad, and take independent ownership of dyeing operations within the processing function. You will drive day-to-day production execution, quality consistency, process control, and coordination across linked processing activities to support on-time delivery and business targets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, improve dyeing performance, and strengthen standard work in the plant.
