Position:

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

15+ years in IT Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic IT Leadership: Drive internal IT strategy aligned with CPaaS/SaaS business goals. Collaborate with leadership to align IT with delivery, security, and scalability.
2. Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee IT systems, NOC, cloud infra, and tools for 24/7 uptime. Ensure continuity, disaster recovery, and multi-region data center integration. Optimize network performance with engineering teams.
3. Security & Compliance: Enforce security policies per ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, TRAI/DOT. Manage data governance, audits, and regulatory compliance across regions. Ensure secure access, identity management, and encryption protocols.
4. Automation & Analytics: Lead automation in billing, reporting, support, and provisioning. Implement BI tools for governance and decision-making. Manage cloud, telecom, and tech vendors. Align IT priorities with CXOs and department heads for efficiency. Build and mentor top-tier IT, DevOps, and InfoSec teams. Foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of telecom, CPaaS, TCP/IP, SIP, SMPP, APIs, and firewalls.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem setups.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho, Jira, Freshdesk, Okta, Power BI.
• Strategic communicator, analytical thinker, high integrity.
• Bachelor’s in IT/CS; MBA/Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in IT leadership, ideally in telecom or cloud-based environments.
