Required: 15–20 years in enterprise architecture and digital transformation, with premier-institution education and strong healthcare tech leadership. Role is on-site at Noida with a focus on paperless, scalable systems.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CIO who will build the digital backbone of the empire. They will deploy an enterprise-grade, cloud-based Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) and AI automation lines to digitize every patient touchpoint across all 16 locations, enabling you to manage the entire empire from a single mobile dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

Must have successfully deployed unified cloud-based ERP systems (SAP / Oracle Healthcare) across multi-site footprints

Paperless system architecture: Must be absolute purist for zero administrative friction

Must have vision for 100% paperless EHR, automated barcode-led pharmacy tracking, and real-time bed-occupancy digital trackers

Day-care automation enabler: Must build fast-automated clinical scheduling software that syncs diagnostics, OT availability, and billing, completely eliminating manual coordination delays.
