Job summary

Francorp is seeking a CFO / Director Finance ( Female Only) to oversee finance, taxation, and MIS. The role demands CA qualification with 15-20 years of relevant experience and leadership of a finance team in a complex environment. Location is Faridabad, reporting to CEO/Chairman.

Responsibilities include ensuring statutory compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, audits, and cost control while strengthening internal controls and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 15–20 years in finance, taxation, and MIS.
• Proven experience in audits, taxation, and senior management reporting.
• Experience in leading finance teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books.
• Maintain compliance with Ind AS/AS as applicable.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with auditors and close audit observations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS/TCS, and income tax filings.
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT and other labor laws compliance.
• Liaise with tax consultants and authorities as required.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Provide business insights to drive revenue, profitability and cost optimization.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOPs.
• Oversee ERP implementation and optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the finance team.

Job Title: CFO / Director Finance ( Female Only)

Department: Finance
Reporting To: CEO/ Chairman
Location: Faridabad

Role Purpose

The CFO / Director Finance, Taxation and MIS will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations, statutory and tax compliances, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and supporting management with accurate financial insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / AS, as applicable).
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and close audit observations.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Taxes including:
• GST (returns, reconciliations, audits, notices)
• TDS/TCS compliances and filings
• Income Tax returns and assessments
• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable labor laws (financial aspects).
• Liaise with tax consultants and authorities as required.
• Ensure timely resolution of tax notices, assessments, and litigations.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and analysis for management review.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Provide business insights to support revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

Controls & Governance

• Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation and optimization of ERP / accounting systems.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and review the performance of the finance team.
• Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Build a culture of compliance, accuracy, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: CA
• Experience: 15-20 years of relevant experience in finance, taxation, and MIS
• Prior experience in handling audits, taxation, and senior management reporting is mandatory.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Tally / Oracle / similar)
