CLUIX Pvt Ltd in Delhi is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, capital allocation, FP&A, and governance as the company scales its deep-tech portfolio across India and international markets.

The role requires VC fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting, plus building scalable financial processes and ERP integration in a fast-growing hardware and IoT SaaS environment. Based at IIT Delhi R&I Park.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a CFO/VP Finance role in a venture-backed startup/manufacturing/deep-tech enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and execute overall financial strategy, capital allocation, cash-flow forecasting, and multi-year budgeting.
• Lead VC fundraising, investor relations, board reporting, due diligence, and cap table management.
• Oversee FP&A, MIS reporting, variance analysis, and unit economics across hardware, reagents, and IoT SaaS.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, risk management, statutory compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, treasury, and grant financing.
• Drive contracting, pricing models, margin optimization, and tax strategies.
• Lead the finance, accounting, and legal compliance teams with ERP integrations.
• Collaborate with government procurement on BGs, tenders, and large enterprise billing.

Description: CLUIX is seeking an experienced, strategic, and high-impact Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, capital allocation, and fiscal operations. As a deep-tech company scaling commercial deployments across India and international markets, the CFO will partner directly with the Founder and executive leadership to drive fundraising, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate governance, compliance, and scalable financial infrastructure.

About The Role

• Formulate and execute overall financial strategy, capital allocation, cash-flow forecasting, and multi-year budgeting aligned with business milestones.
• Lead venture capital (VC) fundraising, investor relations, board reporting, due diligence, and capitalization table management.
• Oversee corporate financial reporting, FP&A, MIS reporting, variance analysis, and unit economics across hardware, consumable reagents, and IoT SaaS.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, enterprise risk management, statutory compliances, and governance frameworks.
• Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, treasury management, and grant financing.
• Drive commercial contracting, pricing models, margin optimization, and tax strategies (domestic and cross-border).
• Lead and build the finance, accounting, and legal compliance team while integrating ERP and automated accounting systems.
• Work closely with government procurement teams on bank guarantees (BGs), tender financial compliances, and large enterprise billing.

Skill(s) required

• Deep expertise in corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Strong understanding of hardware + SaaS unit economics, inventory accounting, supply chain finance, and working capital cycles.
• Thorough knowledge of Indian statutory frameworks, Company Law, direct/indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing), and FEMA/RBI regulations.
• Proven track record of steering equity funding rounds, term sheet negotiations, and managing cap tables.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with modern financial toolstacks, ERP implementations (Zoho Books, SAP, NetSuite), and financial automation.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a CFO / VP Finance role within a venture-backed startup, manufacturing, or deep-tech enterprise.
