Job summary

Symbiosis Skills and Professional University (SSPU) seeks a seasoned Chief Finance Officer to lead the finance function. The role requires CA qualification, top leadership of 8–9 years, and deep exposure to taxation, investments, policy setting and cash flow management.

The incumbent will oversee fund management, cost analysis, and MIS oversight, while guiding a team of 20+ and reporting to top management. Regulatory liaison experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance function at the organisation and drive strategic initiatives.

• Supervise a team of at least 20, including GM Finance and senior management.
• Experience in working as Finance Controller and reporting to top management.

Role & responsibilities

Chief Finance Officer:

• Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant on or before 2008.
• Top Leadership level experience of 8-9 years is must.
• Experience in Income Tax, Investment, setting new policies and cash flow.
• Fund management, Projects delay reason of cost analysis, Cost analyzing, MIS not only presenting but studying what is the observation.
• Should have an experience working as Finance Controller.
• Should have an experience in leading a team of at least 20 people.
• Leadership of GM Finance & Senior Management with minimum of 5 years experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting to the top management.
• Experience of Liasoning with Statutory Compliance and regulatory authorities.
• Working with a Charitable trust-Hospital, temple, NGO-Taxation, investment etc, would be preferable
