Role Objective
The CFO will act as a strategic business partner, advising management on business improvement and growth.
This role will lead the finance and accounting functions, working closely with the senior management team to achieve the organization’s financial goals.
The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring corporate and statutory compliance, as well as implementing sound financial policies, systems, and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management and the board of directors to develop and implement financial goals, objectives, and strategies that align with the company’s vision.
Financial Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to all financial activities, aiming to improve profitability and ensure robust internal controls to manage financial risks.
Global Coordination: Work closely with global headquarters to align local financial strategies with global objectives and contribute to global financial initiatives.
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies, including budgeting, capital allocation, and cost management, to optimize resource use and drive operational efficiency.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Indian and U.S. GAAP, statutory regulations, and corporate policies. Oversee accurate financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, and audit management.
Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Optimize working capital, monitor accounts receivables and inventory, and ensure efficient cash utilization.
