Responsibilities

• 1. Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide financial insights to support business growth and expansion.
• 2. Financial Management & Control Oversee accounts, billing, revenue cycle, and cash flow management. Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control and profitability. Establish strong internal controls and financial systems.
• 3. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.). Manage financial risks, audits, and legal compliance. Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• 4. Financial Reporting Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards. Provide regular updates to top management and board members.
• 5. Team Leadership Lead and manage the finance and accounts team. Ensure staff development, training, and performance management.
• 6. Business & Operational Support Support management in strategic decisions, investments, and cost optimization. Collaborate with departments for financial efficiency and process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
