Job summary

RBM Infracon Ltd. invites a qualified CA with finance credentials to lead the company’s financial strategy and reporting. The role requires extensive post-qualification experience in a CFO/Finance Head position within listed or large private EPC/infrastructure projects, with strong Ind AS, SEBI, and taxation knowledge.

The candidate will base in Ahmedabad/Jamnagar and travel to project sites as needed, supervising treasury, fundraising, and internal controls while mentoring the finance team.

Qualifications

• CA with finance-focused MBA/CMA preferred.
• 15+ years post-qualification experience; 5+ years in CFO/Finance Head/VP Finance.
• Experience in listed company (NSE/BSE) required.
• Industry background in EPC/infrastructure/oil & gas/industrial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI regulations, and taxation.
• Proven banking, fundraising, and credit rating experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee quarterly/annual results, audits and board reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR, Companies Act, Ind AS, GST and tax laws.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, bank guarantees and limits.
• Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and auditors.
• Track project-wise costing, billing, receivables and profitability across sites.
• Handle investor relations, earnings calls, and analyst interactions.
• Lead fundraising, capital structuring and evaluation of opportunities including M&A.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, MIS and ERP systems.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning
• Own quarterly and annual financial results, statutory and internal audits, and board and audit committee reporting
• Ensure full compliance with SEBI (LODR), the Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, GST, Income Tax and other applicable regulations
• Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, bank guarantees and fund-based and non-fund-based limits
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies and auditors
• Put in place project-wise costing, billing, receivables and profitability tracking across sites
• Handle investor relations, earnings calls and analyst interactions
• Lead fundraising, capital structuring and evaluation of new business opportunities, including M&A
• Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management, MIS and ERP systems
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance and accounts team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is required; MBA (Finance) or CMA is an advantage
• [15+] years of post-qualification experience, with at least [5] years in a CFO, Finance Head or VP Finance role
• Must have worked in a listed company (NSE/BSE, Main Board or SME)
• Background in EPC, infrastructure, engineering services, oil & gas or industrial projects is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, Ind AS, SEBI regulations and direct and indirect taxation
• Proven experience in banking, fundraising and handling credit ratings
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
