Job summary

SYSTRA India seeks a Chief Expert-System Security & Cyber Security (Roll on/Roll off) to lead security reviews for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project. Location: Ahmedabad.

You will assess design submissions, oversee firewall, IDS, encryption measures and ensure secure configuration across SCADA/telecom layers. Requires engineering degree with 20 years total experience and 10 years in rail security implementations, focusing on high-speed rail cyber security and protection of critical

• Engineering graduate in Electronics/Computer/IT.
• Total experience: 20 years in security domains.
• 10 years in implementing system security including cyber security in rail-based transit projects.

Responsibilities

• Review the design submitted by the contractor.
• Review security measures: firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption.
• Review configuration and security tools to ensure proper setup and operation.
• Conduct penetration testing and ethical hacking to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform additional roles as assigned by PD and Client NHSRCL.

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location:

Ahmedabad

Missions/Main Duties

• Review the design submitted by the contractor.
• Review of security measures like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption to protect networks and systems.
• Review of Configuration and security tools and technologies to ensure they achieve properly set up and functioning.
• Conducting penetration testing and ethical hacking to assess security vulnerabilities.
• Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification:

Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Computer/IT stream or equivalent )

Experience

(i) Total Experience: Overall 20 years of experience.

(ii) Relevant Experience: 10 years of experience inimplementation of System Security including cyber Security in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

• Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:
• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
