About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic business leader to join our organization as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our India operations. This is a leadership role for a senior professional who can drive business expansion, strategic partnerships, AI solution integration, and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of technical understanding in Artificial Intelligence along with proven business development and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and strategic growth initiatives for India operations
• Drive business development, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships
• Lead AI solution integration discussions with enterprise clients and stakeholders
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-driven business solutions
• Identify expansion opportunities across enterprise, security, defence, and technology sectors
• Work closely with leadership and international stakeholders for business alignment
• Represent the company in high-level business meetings, negotiations, and strategic engagements
• Build and mentor high-performing teams

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business leadership, integration, and business development
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands‑on exposure in Artificial Intelligence / AI products / AI-driven solutions
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic alliances, partnerships, or business scaling
• Strong executive presence, leadership mindset, and decision-making capability
• Experience working with technology, cybersecurity, defence, SaaS, enterprise solutions, or AI ecosystems preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen

Preferred Background

Candidates from AI, technology consulting, enterprise software, cybersecurity, defence‑tech, automation, or digital transformation sectors will be highly preferred.
