Job summary

TalAstra HR Consultants Private Limited seeks an experienced Lead AI Strategy, Governance & Digital Transformation to drive enterprise AI initiatives. You will establish AI governance, evaluate platforms, and implement guardrails across functions.

The role focuses on AI strategy and governance rather than hands-on development, with work mode in office and a 6-day workweek. 5–7 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI strategy, technology consulting, digital transformation or AI governance.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, ChatGPT.
• Experience developing AI policies, governance frameworks and adoption roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI strategy and adoption roadmaps.
• Evaluate AI platforms (Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, others) for enterprise use.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, acceptable-use policies, data-security controls and approval workflows.
• Define guidelines for Responsible AI, data privacy, data classification and risk management.
• Assess data quality and identify gaps impacting AI adoption and output accuracy.
• Evaluate existing enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365, ERP, HRMS, BI) for AI capabilities.
• Develop AI adoption frameworks and coordinate AI Ambassador networks across departments.
• Approve training materials and enable AI Ambassadors to promote responsible AI usage.
• Collaborate with senior management, IT, cybersecurity, data and business stakeholders.
• Monitor AI adoption, productivity gains, risk reduction, training coverage and business impact.
• Prepare AI governance dashboards, management reports and long-term AI roadmaps.
