Role: Head of AI

We are seeking an exceptional Head of AI to lead the research, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML models that power our SaaS platform. This leadership role demands a rare combination of deep technical expertise, product intuition, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to drive impact at scale. You will be at the forefront of transforming ambitious AI concepts into production‑ready solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI roadmap and strategy in alignment with product and business goals.
• Architect and build state‑of‑the‑art AI/ML systems and pipelines that are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and applied researchers.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user‑facing features.
• Explore and apply the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and other relevant domains to enhance our core product.
• Oversee data collection, annotation, and governance processes to fuel AI innovation responsibly and ethically.
• Establish best practices for experimentation, model training, evaluation, and continuous deployment in production.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess AI feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and communicate outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangGraph, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience deploying models in production at scale using cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML.
• Proven ability to lead and grow world‑class AI teams and foster a culture of innovation.
• Track record of successfully shipping AI‑driven features or products.
• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields is preferred.
