Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking a senior Project Director to lead end-to-end development and delivery for its West India portfolio, with potential expansion to North India. The role requires overseeing the full lifecycle from planning to handover, coordinating construction, contracts, procurement, and billing to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 20–25+ years of experience in large-scale real estate development and building construction.
• Proven experience with residential high-rise buildings of 60+ storeys, with 70+ storeys preferred.
• Successfully delivered at least one super-tall residential project in India from commencement to completion; Mumbai experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multiple projects, a regional portfolio or project delivery across an organization.
• Demonstrated leadership across construction, contracts, procurement, billing, planning, design coordination and cost control.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering, MEP, façade systems, value engineering, project scheduling, contracts, claims and project cash flows.
• Experience managing senior teams, consultants, contractors and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, financial, regulatory and risk-management capabilities.
• International or GCC high-rise experience is an advantage.
