Role Snapshot

• End-to-end responsibility for large-scale projects across Developer, Data Center, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Hospitality typologies.
• Lead design strategy, coordination, and delivery across all project stages.
• Ensure high-quality built outcomes, delivered on time and within planned budgets.
• Drive project profitability through effective planning, resourcing, and risk management.
• Conduct site analysis and ensure strong design-to-execution alignment.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive design portfolios and project documentation.
• Ensure design fidelity during execution, responding to site queries and WSRs.
• Proactively identify risks and elevate them early to avoid client issues.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships, driving repeat business.
• Mentor, guide, and grow project teams, ensuring motivation and high performance.
• Review project performance post-completion to improve future delivery.
• Support project publications (internal and external).

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Architecture.
• 10–16 years of experience, with strong exposure to large-scale projects across Developer, Data Center, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Hospitality typologies.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong understanding of design development, execution, and applicable national codes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and internal teams.
• Commercial acumen with a clear focus on profitability and project delivery.
