Job summary

Amsiman in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Checker with deep expertise in AISC-based structural steel detailing, covering both main steel and miscellaneous steel. You will review 3D models, shop drawings, and erection drawings to ensure accuracy.

You will verify detailing accuracy, dimensions, connections, BOMs, and constructability, ensure compliance with standards, and guide junior team members to uphold high-quality checking standards on end-to-end projects.

Job Summary: CHECKER /ASSOCIATE CHECKER/ SENIOR CHECKER

AISC - MAIN & MISC. STEEL - IMMEDIATE JOINER - IN OFFICE HYD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Checker with strong expertise in AISC-based structural steel detailing, covering both main steel and miscellaneous steel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check 3D models, shop drawings, and erection drawings.
• Verify detailing accuracy, dimensions, connections, BOMs, and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable AISC standards, project specifications, and approved design drawings.
• Identify modeling errors, drawing discrepancies, clashes, and missing information.
• Coordinate with detailers, modelers, engineers, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Review corrections and ensure quality before drawings are issued.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project checking and deliverables.
• Guide junior team members and maintain high-quality checking standards.

Requirements:
