Ayka Communication in Kolkata is hiring for Customer Service Executive (Chat/Voice Process). The role involves premium chat/voice support for our telecom partner, with 5-day workweeks and 24/7 rotational shifts.

Hindi & English communication is mandatory. Work From Office. Salary is 3 LPA to 6 LPA with rotational offs; candidates must be willing to travel and handle customer inquiries.
