Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage live customer inquiries through international digital chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer accurate resolutions using internal knowledge bases.
• Maintain superior standards of written English communication and customer service etiquette.
• Achieve key operational metrics, including Chat Handle Time, Quality Scores, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously while keeping chat logs accurate and detailed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Freshers from any educational background (Graduates, Undergraduates, or Diploma holders).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills with strong grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
