Job summary

Teleperformance in Mumbai seeks graduates with 1+ year of banking/fraud process experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will assist customers through chat and email, providing clear, accurate help while navigating banking workflows.

A strong typing speed and computer proficiency are required to handle typical chat workloads. Shift rotations include day and night with 9-hour shifts and two rotational week offs.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1+ year of experience in banking/fraud process.
• Cibil score 680 or above (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Chat experience preferred.
• No absconding cases.
• Immediate joiners only.

• Handle customer queries through chat and email channels.
