Job summary

Teleperformance in Mumbai is hiring for a chat and email support role handling banking/fraud related inquiries. Candidates must be graduates with 1+ year experience, a Cibil score above 680, excellent communication and typing speed. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Shift timings include day and night rotational cycles (9 hours) with two rotational week offs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
