Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 CTC per month

Shift: Rotational shifts, including day, night, and weekends

Relocation to Ahmedabad is mandatory for candidates applying from outside the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through chat and other non-voice communication channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong typing, comprehension, and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
