Responsibilities and duties

• 1.Complete and report relevant analysis reports according to customer requirements
• 2.Research and investigate cost parameters and technical parameters

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

• 1.Generate technical insights report, costing calculation and report, DtC/VAVE ideas and report as per the tasks assigned by manager and according to required quality standards

Qualifications and skills

• 1.More than 5 years experience/knowledge of Chassis Suspension, Steering, Brakes & technologies like casting, forging, machining, stamping, welding, sintering, injection molding, painting, assembly in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;
• 2.Experience on BOM cost calculation, DtC/VAVE from supply chain, material and manufacturing process;
• 3.Stamping / forging technology manufacturing and costing knowledge;
• 4.English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus;
• 5.Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or related area;
• 6.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
• 7.Strong adaptability and flexibility, innovative spirit;
