Refrens Internet Pvt. Ltd. in Surat is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to join our Enterprise Solutions Consulting team.

You will work closely with CFOs and founders to understand challenges and recommend technology solutions beyond traditional accounting. About the Role

We're looking for a Qualified CA with 1-3 years of experience who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and build a career across Finance, Technology, Consulting and Enterprise Sales. As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you'll work closely with CFOs, founders, finance leaders and business owners to understand their challenges and recommend the right technology solutions. This is not a traditional sales role. You'll be expected to understand the business first, consult on the problem and then recommend the right solution.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with CFOs, founders and key decision-makers
• Understand clients' finance, accounting and business workflows
• Identify business challenges and recommend relevant Refrens solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations covering accounting, invoicing, compliance and business operations
• Help businesses evaluate and transition from their existing accounting/ERP software
• Guide clients through product adoption and onboarding
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion
• Navigate the complete enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to closure
• Handle objections and communicate the value of solutions effectively
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Stay updated on finance technology, accounting software and industry trends

Who You Are

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance and business workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident interacting with CFOs, founders and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable understanding complex business requirements
• Have a consultative approach - influence through value rather than hard-selling
• Curious about technology and SaaS products
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP, accounting or business management software is a plus
• Self-driven, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
