Sterling Accuris Wellness seeks a Chartered Accountant to independently prepare and audit financials under IND AS for the parent and group entities. You will also coordinate disclosures for subsidiaries and oversee audits across the organization.

The role requires 3–4 years of IND AS experience, strong tax knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. You will lead the payable team, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely financial reporting for management and stakeholders.

Formación

• CA with 3-4 years of IND AS experience including notes and disclosures for parent and subsidiaries.
• Knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes including returns and assessments.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and audit financials for the parent company and consolidation for the Group under IND AS.
• Review and assist in preparing financials for subsidiaries and partnerships under IND AS and IGAAP.
• Lead the payable team and ensure timely compliance with accuracy within set timelines.
• Oversee monthly MIS and financials in management format for holding company and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely resolution of queries during audits.
• Manage tax audits, GST audits, and statutory audits for all entities under IND AS.

Role & responsibilities

Job Description

• (1) Preparation and Audit of financials for the parent company (SAWPL) and consolidation financials for the Group under IND AS,.
• (2) Review and assist in preparing financials for subsidiary entities and companies under IND AS and partnership firms under IND As and I Gaap.
• (3) Reveiw of Trial balance and Gls scrutinyto ensure smooth daily accounting
• (4) Prepare data and arrange CA certificates for various tender purposes
• (5) Responsible for Internal audit and IFC Audit as SPOC and ensure timely closure of all observation with proper remark.
• (6) Responsible for closure of Monthly MIS and Financials in Management format for the Holding company and its subsidiaries.
• (7) Responsible for timely Tax audits, GST audits, and Statutory Audits for all entities under IND AS.
• (8) Responsible for Various IT projects pertaining to payables and fixed assets
• (9) Review of all direct and indirect taxes, such as ITC 04, GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, XBRL, 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc., and GSTR9 , GSTR 9C for all entities in a timely manner.
• (10) Responsible for leading the payable team and ensuring timely compliance with accuracy within set timelines.
• (11) Responsible for proofreading signed financials for printing in hardcopies after the completion of audits.
• (12) Responsible for timely submission of data to all auditors and ensuring timely resolution of all queries raised by auditors during the audit period.
• (13) Responsible for BTA accounting under IND AS 103 and familiar with INDAS 116, 115 and ECL and Deposit accounting...
• (14) Preparation of finance-related data as per management needs.
• (15) Responsible for due diligence and arranging financial data within stipulated timelines

Skills need to perform this:

• (1) Chartered Accountant with experience of 3-4 years in independently preparing financials under IND AS, including notes and disclosures for Parent and Subsidiaries
• (2) Knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes including return filling and handling assessments as and when needed.
• (3 Knowledge of Excel word power points ( In Excel handy with formulas like V lookup, H lookup, Pivot, Sum if etc...)
