Job summary

Mayur Uniquoters Limited seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role requires guiding the team, strengthening internal controls, and coordinating with auditors to close audits efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years in accounting/finance, with CPA/CA credentials and proficiency in Excel and SAP Hana. This position offers a full-time role at our Jaipur campus with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or related finance & accounts degree.
• Certifications: CPA or CA.
• Experience: 6 to 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems or accounting software such as SAP Hana.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Manage and scrutiny of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and verification of accounting vouchers and PO/WO issued.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the month-end, quarterly and year-end financial closing processes, and prepare accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for Board approval.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, track revenue and expenses, and build long-term financial forecasts.
• Compliance and Tax: Ensure adherence to local tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards like GAAP or Ind AS.
• Risk and Controls: Maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
• Coordination with Auditors: coordinating with statutory & tax auditors for timely audit completion and closure of audit observations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting and finance staff for improvement and betterment in system & processes.
