Job summary

Izicart in Bhopal, MP is seeking a hands-on Business Controller & Finance Operations Lead to own business numbers, MIS, profitability and financial controls, driving better decision-making.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience in business/operational finance, strong Excel and modelling skills, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Procurement, Marketing and Operations to ensure financial accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Business/Operational Finance or Business Controlling.
• Strong MIS, P&L, reconciliations, working capital and financial analysis.
• Understanding of E-commerce, distribution, consumer electronics or FMCG business models.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly/monthly MIS, P&L, revenue, spend, profitability, CM1 & CM2.
• Track channel and SKU-wise performance across E-commerce, D2C, offline, and tenders.
• Monitor pricing, discounts, margins, marketing spends, and budget vs actuals.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, DSO, DIO, DPO, and vendor payments.
• Handle vendor, marketplace, distributor, inventory, and bank reconciliations.
• Identify margin leakages, payment issues, excess inventory, and financial risks.
• Support CMA preparation, projections, bank/NBFC requirements, and working capital financing.
• Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations to drive financial accountability.

We are looking for a hands-on finance professional to own business numbers, MIS, profitability, working capital, and financial controls and drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own weekly/monthly MIS, P&L, revenue, spend, profitability, CM1 & CM2.
