Qualifications

• Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant with strong academic record throughout CA journey.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Standards / Ind AS, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to corporate finance concepts and regulatory compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting, accounting, and book closure activities.
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
• Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, including GST and Income Tax.
• Support in audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Analysis of mergers, demergers, preference shares, debentures, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Preparation of MIS, financial models, and management reports.
• Assist in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.
