The candidate should have strong CA fundamentals, a solid grasp of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, and excellent Excel-based data analysis capabilities. An AI champion within the team will drive automation initiatives.

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and academically strong freshly qualified Chartered Accountant with excellent conceptual knowledge and a passion for learning. The role offers exposure to core finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance activities across a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting, accounting, and book closure activities.
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
• Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, including GST and Income Tax.
• Support in audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Analysis of mergers, demergers, preference shares, debentures, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Preparation of MIS, financial models, and management reports.
• Assist in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Strong academic record throughout CA journey
Excellent conceptual understanding of:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
