Job summary

Dandotiya Construction in India seeks a Chartered Accountant (Finance & Accounts) with 10 years of experience to lead the accounting function for our projects. You will prepare and finalize financial statements, manage GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory filings, and ensure accuracy across accounts and reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of company law, audits, budgeting, and cost control, with proficiency in Tally and Excel.

Qualifications

• CA with 10 years of experience in accounts and finance.
• Experience in construction/infra companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT and company law.
• Ability to handle audits, taxation and compliance independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and finalize company accounts, balance sheet and financial statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI and PT compliance and filing.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor billing reconciliation.
• Ensure timely statutory payments and returns (Income Tax, ROC, MCA filings).
• Budgeting, cost control and financial planning for construction projects.
• Liaison with auditors, banks, and government departments.
• Knowledge of project billing (PWD, PMGSY, Mandi Board, Police Housing Board, Jal Jeevan Mission).
• Maintain payroll records and employee compliance.
