Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and finalization of books.
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits; liaise with auditors.
• Oversee direct & indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, assessments, filings).
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
• Ensure statutory compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other regulations.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions, cost optimization and profitability.
• Handle cash flow management, fund planning and working capital control.
• Support management with financial strategy, risk assessment and controls.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounts team members.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, taxation, and strategic financial planning. The role requires hands‑on leadership in managing finance operations, audits, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination, preferably within a real estate / construction / infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and finalization of books
  
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits; act as the primary liaison with auditors
  
• Oversee direct & indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, assessments, filings)
  
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
  
• Ensure statutory compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations
