Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Manage end-to-end accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Lead feasibility studies and financial evaluation of new projects and investments.
• Review and analyze project-wise sales performance, inventory movement, collections, and revenue realization.
• Prepare comprehensive sales MIS and management dashboards.
• Monitor revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Partner with Sales and CRM teams to improve collection efficiencies and customer receivable management.
• Oversee collection tracking, receivables management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead statutory, tax, internal, and regulatory audits.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities on audit observations and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve statutory returns, filings, and financial disclosures.

Qualification & Requiremetns

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi-Qualified CA.
