Job summary

CENTOTECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a CA Fresher to join the Finance Accounts team in Hyderabad. The role covers financial reporting, taxation, audits, and MIS for real estate projects.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, assist in statutory filings, and support project accounting and cost analysis, with collaboration across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of Auditing and Internal Controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for real estate projects.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support project-wise accounting, budgeting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide required financial documents.
• Review vendor payments, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for projects, revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and project cash flows.
• Assist in RERA-related financial compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Sales, CRM, Legal, and Project teams.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.

Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our Finance Accounts team in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, and MIS activities while supporting the overall financial management of real estate projects.

Preferred Candidate

• Recently Qualified CA / CA Fresher
• Articleship experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or similar industries is preferred.
• Candidates with exposure to project accounting, taxation, audit, or MIS will be preferred.
