Key duties include GST, TDS, direct taxation, and compliance with RERA, company law, and audits. This role requires 3+ years post-qualification experience and deep knowledge of real estate accounting practices.

Formación

• CA with 3+ years post-qualification experience in Real Estate/Construction.
• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and direct taxation.
• Experience with joint ventures and land acquisition accounting.
