Paytm Payments Services is seeking a detail-oriented Chargeback Operations Associate to manage payment disputes, streamline investigation processes, and ensure timely resolution in line with defined procedures.

You will coordinate with banks and internal teams, maintain records, and generate MIS reports while aiming to reduce dispute volumes and improve operational accuracy.

• Graduate in any discipline; commerce/finance/banking background preferred.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and track operational performance metrics.
• Identify recurring issues and support process improvements to reduce dispute volumes and operational errors.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Chargeback Operations Associate to manage payment disputes, chargebacks, and transaction-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for investigating disputed transactions, coordinating with banks and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely resolution of cases in line with defined processes and turnaround times (TAT).
