Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing real estate player in Bengaluru to lead the finance function and drive strategic financial leadership.

The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, tax compliance, and risk management, while building a finance team from scratch and aligning finance with business goals. CA with 15+ years of post-qualification experience and real estate exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA (pref 1st attempt)
• 15+ years post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in the real estate industry
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance
• Strong hands-on experience in managing fund allocation & investor relations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
