• Own end-to-end P&L of the centre and drive enrolments.

• Lead and mentor faculty and staff; foster performance culture.
• Represent Toprankers at events; coordinate with regional teams.

Key Responsibilities as a Centre Head:

1. Academic Delivery & Student Engagement

• Conduct classes in relevant subjects (QA, DI, LR, CR or as per expertise) as and when required.
• Ensure high-quality academic delivery and maintain consistent student satisfaction scores.
• Oversee student support services including counselling, mentoring, and performance tracking.

2. Business Growth & P&L Management

• Own the end-to-end P&L of the centre.
• Drive student enrolments through brand awareness initiatives and local market activities.
• Plan and execute BTL marketing strategies tailored to the Gujarat market.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor faculty and non-teaching staff to achieve individual and centre OKRs.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
• Act as the Training SPOC for employees.

4. Brand Positioning & Outreach

• Represent Toprankers at seminars, workshops, and local events in schools and colleges.
• Organise 2–3 major offline events annually to strengthen the brand presence.
• Position Toprankers as a leading choice for law, management, and other career prep courses.

5. Coordination & Regional Support

• Collaborate with other Centre Heads across Gujarat and nearby states to ensure regional growth.
• Share best practices and assist in setting up additional centres if required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
