Job Description:
Oversee daily operations, batch schedules, infrastructure, and administrative activities.
Lead and support trainers, counsellors, and administrative staff.
Monitor enrolments, attendance, course completion, and learner satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and submit timely operational and performance reports.
Address learner concerns and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Coordinate with employers, placement teams, and community partners to support learner outcomes.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and applicable programme requirements.
Plan and deliver sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, and workplace etiquette.
Train learners in résumé writing, interview preparation, group discussions, and professional presentation.
Use role-plays, practical exercises, mock interviews, and group activities to encourage participation.
Assess learning needs and adapt training to different ability levels.
Track learner progress and provide individual feedback and mentoring.
Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience in soft skills training, education, skill development, or vocational training.
Prior experience managing a centre, team, or training programme is preferred.
Training or facilitation certification is an added advantage.

Effective classroom facilitation and learner engagement.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Fluency in English and the relevant local language.
