• Understand and communicate all products, services, procedures, and guidelines to team members.

Team Management

• Manage relationship managers and authorized verifiers for timely processing.

Training & Quality

• Train team on MBHI products, processes, and soft skills to drive sales.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with partner banks and stakeholders.

Preferred Skill Set

Experience in outbound/inbound telesales, soft skills, and product knowledge.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

Graduate & Post Graduate in any field.

Key Measures of Performance

Productivity, average ticket size, policy count, lead conversion, and policy cancellations.
