Job summary

Ipsaa Holdings Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, confident Center In-Charge / Center Manager to oversee the preschool and daycare center operations and drive growth.

You will lead the center team, ensure high service standards, manage admissions, handle parent communications, and maintain child safety and hygiene. Graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Travel to IPSAA centers across Delhi NCR may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in preschool, daycare, education, retail, hospitality, or center management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a team, handle parents professionally, and achieve center targets.

Responsibilities
