Job summary

The role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and strong leadership and organizational skills. Employment is full-time and based at the Mumbai, Pawai location.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in preschool, daycare, education, retail, hospitality, branch operations, customer service, sales, or center management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle parents and staff professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the center team effectively.
• Handle parent communication and resolve queries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Support admissions, customer retention, and achievement of center business targets.
